Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager, Professional Education to lead MedTech Surgery education programs. This role governs strategy, development, and execution of education offerings, collaborating with Faculty, Marketing, Sales, Compliance and Commercial Education teams.

You will manage curriculum, faculty engagement, budgeting, and vendor coordination, ensuring compliant, measurable outcomes. Travel up to 60% is required; remote work in Florida is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA or related field preferred.
• 6-8 years of business experience in healthcare, medical device, or technology education.
• Knowledge of adult learning methodologies and instructional design.
• Experience in designing distance learning, surgical simulation, tele-mentoring, and innovative training modalities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute education strategy for MedTech Surgery education offerings.
• Manage curriculum creation and faculty engagement; coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Compliance and Education teams.
• Oversee budget, resources, vendors and timelines to ensure compliant, effective programs.
• Use data-driven plans with clear objectives and measures to guide priorities and outcomes.
• Lead projects translating customer insights into education offerings and learning journeys.
