Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Manager, Professional Education - MedTech to lead education strategy, development, and execution for Surgery education programs across the Southern Coast Area, with primary locations in Jacksonville, Orlando, Tampa, Miami, Tallahassee, and Savannah. This remote role invites candidates from multiple Florida cities to apply.

This role requires strong clinical/customer knowledge and collaboration with Faculty, Marketing, Sales, Compliance and Commercial

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• MBA or certification in an educational or training-related field/program preferred.
• 6-8 years of business experience required.
• Demonstrated record in healthcare industry sales, marketing or education is required, preferably within Medical Device or Technology.
• Knowledge in key specialties aligned to the role required.
• Role requires up to 60% travel within the designated territory.
• Faculty interaction/management.
• Knowledge of adult learning methodologies and Instructional design experience, e.g., building curriculum for healthcare providers.
• Experience in designing distance learning.
• Experience in surgical simulation, tele mentoring, and innovative training modalities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Professional Education programs for MedTech Surgery across the Southern Coast Area.
• Manage faculty, learners, facilities, organization, and vendors to ensure efficient, effective, and compliant programs.
• Collaborate with Faculty, Marketing, Sales, Compliance and Commercial Education teams.
• Implement data-based decision making to develop measurable project plans with objectives, resources, and results.
• Apply customer insights and strategy to develop and implement new education offerings meeting business plans.
