Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Manager, Professional Education to join our MedTech Surgery team. This remote role supports the Southern Coast Area across Jacksonville, Orlando, Tampa, and Miami with up to 60% travel.

The role leads education strategy, development, and execution for professional education offerings, collaborating with Faculty, Marketing, Sales, Compliance, and Commercial Education teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• MBA or certification in educational/training field preferred.
• 6–8 years of business experience in healthcare education/sales preferred.
• Knowledge of adult learning methodologies and instructional design.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage professional education programs.
• Coordinate faculty, learners, facilities, and vendors.
• Ensure programs comply with legal and healthcare policies.
