Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Education, Marketing, R&D and external partners to develop training assets for robotic systems.
• Deliver hands-on education to surgical teams on OTTAVA Surgical System setup and teardown.
• Develop metrics to track program efficacy and effectiveness.
• Develop global faculty and lead curriculum development groups.
• Partner with internal/external teams to leverage training technologies.
• Refine content via customer insights and VoC; improve a continuous education loop.
• Integrate with LMS and event management systems; support Education strategy initiatives.
