Marmon Holdings, Inc., via Acumed LLC in Des Moines, Iowa, seeks an Associate Sales Representative to grow the medical device business in the assigned territory. You will identify opportunities, engage surgeons and hospital staff, and deliver on-time product support in the operating room.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree, 0–2 years sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to credential for hospital access.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in business or medical discipline or equivalent experience.
• 0–2 years of sales experience, preferably in medical devices.
• Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with physicians and surgical personnel.
• Experience in building and maintaining relationships with surgeons and hospitals.
• Must be able to obtain hospital credentialing for access.

Mansioni

• Execute business plans to identify and close new business.
• Perform field sales calls in assigned accounts and territory including OR consultations.
• Provide post-sale follow up and coordinate delivery and in-services.
• Maintain CRM records and participate in tradeshow/promotional activities as needed.
