Job summary

Marmon Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Representative to drive sales in the Orlando region for Acumed medical devices.

The role focuses on converting surgeons through high-level technical knowledge, developing strategic plans, and maintaining field relationships to meet and exceed quotas. Responsibilities include in-depth product demonstrations, operating room consultation, post-sale support, and coordinating credentialing to access hospital accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business or medical discipline preferred or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years demonstrated successful sales experience in medical device or related industry.
• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with physicians and surgical personnel.
• Experience in building and maintaining relationships with surgeons and hospitals.
• Must be comfortable in emergency/operating room environments and able to gain hospital credentials.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements business plans to identify and close new businesses.
• Identifies needs of new prospects and delivers appropriate responses (written, telephone, face-to-face).
• Performs field sales calls for assigned accounts/territory including on-call and OR consultations.
• Provides post-sale follow-up and coordinates product replenishment and training.
• Communicates product updates and portfolio changes to current and new accounts.
• Cross-sells products and introduces new offerings to accounts as available.
