Job summary

Aledade PBC is seeking a patient outreach specialist to conduct high-volume outbound and inbound calls with patients, providers, and pharmacies. You will identify barriers to adherence and escalate clinical issues to a pharmacist, while documenting interactions and coordinating refills.
