Job summary

Pitch Health Solutions is seeking licensed Medicare agents to work remotely, helping beneficiaries compare and enroll in plans. You will take inbound calls from people already shopping for coverage using a CMS-compliant, needs-based process. Calls are handled via dialer and reviewed for quality.

We provide inbound leads, coaching, scripts, and team support. You can grow by expanding non-resident licenses to cover more states, with a base of $20/hour plus up to $70 per enrollment in commissions.

Qualifications

• Active Health license (or Life & Health) required.
• 4+ active non-resident licenses preferred; reimbursement after 90 days.
• Medicare/AHIP certification preferred; we can help you obtain it.
• Experience in Medicare/ACA or phone sales is a plus but not required.
• Professional phone presence with a CRM and dialer.
• Strong, reliable internet and a quiet workspace.

Responsibilities

• Help beneficiaries compare and enroll in Medicare plans remotely.
• Handle inbound calls via dialer; no buying leads or cold calling.
• Follow CMS-compliant, needs-based sales process with calls recorded.
• Receive coaching and case reviews from Team Leads.
• As you grow, expand non-resident licenses to cover more states.
