Job summary

You will sell health, life, and Medicare plans, handling inbound calls, enrollments, and guidance. Inbound volume peaks during AEP; top performers earn six figures with commissions and daily spiffs.

Qualifications

• Must reside in and hold a Resident License in one of the specified states.
• At least 1 year of Medicare phone sales experience.
• AEP Commitment: available Oct 15 – Dec 7.
• Secure, hardwired high-speed internet for connectivity.
• Private, distraction-free home office to stay HIPAA compliant.

Responsibilities

• Maintain continuous availability for inbound/outbound calls during scheduled hours.
• Stay at workstation for extended periods (8-hour shifts) and overtime as needed.
• Engage in active listening and verbal communication with customers using headset/phone.
• Provide sales guidance, plan explanations, and enrollment support.
• Use computer/keyboard/mouse/phone systems throughout shift.
• Interpret information on screen for prolonged periods.
• Adhere to breaks, call coverage, and attendance requirements.
• Document customer interactions and enrollments accurately in systems.
• Meet productivity, quality, and performance metrics including call handling and compliance.
