Job summary

Caring Choice Insurance Group LLC is seeking licensed Medicare sales agents for a 100% remote role in Florida. You will work with company-provided leads and scheduled opportunities to enroll clients in Medicare Advantage, MAPD, and related plans.

Strong communication and consultative sales skills are essential to thrive in a high-volume, performance-driven environment. On-target earnings are driven by tiered commissions, daily bonuses, and renewals.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Life & Health Insurance License (2-40 or 2-15 preferred).
• Prior experience in health insurance sales or related field strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplements, MAPD, Hospital Indemnity, Home Health Care Plans.
• Strong communication, consultative sales, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus in the South Florida market.

Responsibilities

• Consult with individuals and families to assess health insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage plans.
• Present, explain, and enroll clients in health insurance products including ACA marketplace, Medicare, and supplemental plans.
• Build and maintain a strong client book of business through referrals, leads, and networking.
• Guide clients through the enrollment process and ensure accurate, compliant application submissions.
• Provide ongoing policy support, renewals, and coverage reviews to existing clients.
• Stay current on insurance regulations, carrier updates, and plan changes in the Florida market.
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics.
