Job summary

Humana Inc. seeks an Associate Actuary, Pricing to set pricing assumptions for Medicare Part D bids and to support product development with cost projections and forecasting. You will develop pricing tools and analyze utilization trends to guide strategic decisions.

Collaborate across pricing, forecasting, clinical, pharmacy, and finance teams, monitor regulatory and market changes, and communicate insights to leadership. Remote work is available with occasional travel.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree is required.
ASA designation is required.
MAAA designation is required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to translate complex topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong analytical skills are essential.

Responsibilities

Set pricing assumptions to support Medicare Part D bids.
Develop and maintain pricing tools for standard and custom benefits.
Project and forecast drug utilization trends to inform pricing and bids.
Collaborate with pricing, forecasting, clinical, pharmacy, formulary, and finance teams.
Monitor external factors affecting utilization and pricing decisions.
Communicate findings to leadership and business partners.
