Job summary

Humana Inc. seeks an Associate Actuary, Pricing to set Medicare Part D pricing assumptions and support bid development. You will build and maintain pricing models, forecast drug utilization, and collaborate with pricing, forecasting, clinical, and finance teams. Remote work is available with occasional travel.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, ASA designation, MAAA, and strong communication and analytical skills to translate complex topics for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and ASA/MAAA designations preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical abilities.
• Experience with pricing, Medicare or Part D is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set pricing assumptions to support Medicare Part D bids.
• Develop pricing tools for standard and custom benefits.
• Forecast utilization trends and support bid development.
