Job summary

Go Fractional is seeking a Senior Network Development Contractor to expand and strengthen a Medicare-compliant provider network. You will combine contracting expertise with proactive business development to ensure network adequacy and expansion into new counties while building relationships with physician groups, hospitals, and ancillary providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4–8 years negotiating and servicing managed care contracts.
• Experience with Medicare Advantage contracting; SNPs familiarity a plus.
• Experience in value-based contracting and/or understanding value-based care concepts.
• Track record with complex providers (large medical groups, hospitals, ancillary entities).
• Strong outreach, prospecting, relationship-building, research and due diligence capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, evaluate, contract with, and maintain physician, hospital, ancillary, and other provider relationships across geographies.
• Maintain network adequacy while supporting expansion into new counties and markets.
• Research prospective providers, conduct due diligence, and prioritize outreach based on needs.
• Initiate, negotiate, and execute managed care contracts, including complex providers and large groups.
• Explain contract terms, payment structures, and reimbursement rates to providers and assess financial impact.
• Maintain contracts, outreach activity, and documentation in tracking systems.
