Job summary

Curana Health is seeking a Senior Network Development Contractor to expand Medicare-compliant networks across markets. You will combine contracting expertise with proactive business development to strengthen provider relationships and support expansion into new counties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4–8 years negotiating and servicing managed care contracts with physicians, hospitals, and other providers.
• Experience with Medicare Advantage contracting; SNPs knowledge is a plus.
• Experience in value-based contracting and value-based care concepts.
• Track record working with large providers and complex networks.
• Strong provider outreach, prospecting, relationship-building, research, and due diligence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, and record-keeping.
• Ability to work independently and balance multiple priorities as needs change.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, evaluate, contract with, and maintain provider relationships within assigned geographies.
• Maintain network adequacy while supporting expansion into new counties and markets.
• Research prospective providers, conduct due diligence, and prioritize outreach.
• Build relationships through cold calling, email outreach, and consultative conversations.
• Initiate, negotiate, and execute managed care contracts with large providers and groups.
• Explain terms, payment structures, and reimbursement rates; assess financial impact.
• Maintain accurate contracts, outreach activity, and documentation in tracking systems.
• Apply sound judgment and align decisions with strategy and procedures.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.
