Aetna is seeking a Medicare Community Lead Generator to drive local market awareness of Federal health care benefit plans in Ohio. You will collaborate with community partners and COIs, acting as the face of the local market and coordinating with impact groups to grow opportunities.

The role requires a Bachelor degree, strong interpersonal and telephone communication skills, and the ability to work independently with telecommuting options in the Canton/Columbus area.

• Explore COI organizations across Ohio to partner with target segments.

• Coordinate with CLGs to develop local market strategies.
• Attend community events to generate leads.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status.
