Job summary

CareSource is seeking a Medicare Sales Representative II in Ohio to educate seniors about their healthcare options and guide enrollments. The role requires travel within your territory and contributes to a growing customer base through community engagement.

You’ll present Medicare Advantage products, build partnerships with local agencies, and meet monthly sales targets while ensuring regulatory compliance. A base salary with commission and sign-on bonuses are offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; an Associate’s Degree in business, healthcare, or a related field is preferred.
• At least one year of Medicare or Medicaid sales experience, or other commercial insurance sales.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office; excellent communication skills; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Educate seniors about Medicare options and enrollments.
• Develop educational/enrollment opportunities with local agencies and community organizations.
• Conduct presentations and marketing activities compliant with regulations.
• Build strategic partnerships to drive enrollment and sales.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on CareSource’s Medicare Advantage offerings during enrollment.
