Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC seeks a Business Systems Analyst II for a fully remote EST role supporting Encounter, Exchange, and Medicare initiatives in a growing healthcare payer environment.

You will partner with stakeholders and development teams, analyze data, perform testing, and help drive regulatory reporting and issue resolution in both Agile and Waterfall SDLC contexts. This contract-to-hire role offers visibility and autonomy.

Qualifications

• 6+ years Business Systems Analyst experience.
• Strong Medicare Encounter Processing experience.
• Encounter validation, reporting, and reconciliation.
• Healthcare payer experience.
• Strong SQL for data analysis and issue resolution.
• Requirements gathering, documentation, and process mapping.
• UAT planning, test case creation, and defect management.

Responsibilities

• Support Encounter, Exchange, and Medicare initiatives in a healthcare payer environment.
• Partner with business and technical teams to gather requirements and drive solutions.
• Analyze data, perform testing, and support issue resolution and regulatory reporting.
• Move projects forward proactively with stakeholders and teams.
• Work with challenging stakeholders and drive projects independently.
• Support Agile and Waterfall SDLC environments.
