Job summary

Brown & Brown, Inc. is seeking a Coordinator, Client Service to act as a Medicare Secondary Payer Compliance liaison across insurers, TPAs, attorneys, and internal teams.

The role involves managing a confidential caseload and communicating clearly with customers to ensure timely service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma (Bachelor's preferred), 1–3 years of Workers' Compensation experience, and proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, PDF, and a case management system.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, and PDF software.
• Exceptional telephone etiquette.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of Workers' Compensation experience preferred.
• Experience managing a caseload.

Responsibilities

• Manage an active caseload, processing services through product delivery.
• Correspond with customers in writing using templates and instructions.
• Obtain necessary information and documentation to complete requested services.
• Educate customers on available services and Medicare Secondary Payer Compliance.
• Review data in the case management system and enter information accurately.
• Prepare documents and correspondence using multiple software programs.
• Review medical records to obtain rated ages; organize electronic files.
• Handle calls and emails, addressing questions and concerns.
• Collaborate with teams to meet customer needs and service standards.
• Escalate issues to Team Leader for resolution.
• Prepare a daily Work Condition Report.
