Brown & Brown seeks a Coordinator to act as a Medicare Secondary Payer Compliance liaison among insurers, third-party administrators, attorneys, and internal departments. You will manage an active caseload containing confidential information and communicate with customers to ensure timely service delivery.

The role requires collaboration across teams and a willingness to cross-train for backup support. A High School diploma is required; Outlook/Word/Excel and strong telephone etiquette are

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, and PDF software.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage an active caseload and process services.
• Correspond with customers using approved templates and instructions.
• Gather information and documentation to fulfill requests.
• Educate customers on available services and Medicare Secondary Payer compliance.
• Enter data accurately into the case management system.
• Prepare documents and templates using multiple software programs.
• Respond to calls and emails with clear, professional communication.
• Collaborate with all teams to meet internal and client service standards.
