The role requires effective written and verbal communication with teammates and customers, with a focus on safeguarding confidential information. The position emphasizes collaboration across teams to meet client expectations, ongoing data entry accuracy, and willingness to cross-train with teammates for backup coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, and PDF software.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage an active caseload and process services.
• Correspond with customers in writing using templates and instructions.
• Obtain information and documentation to complete requested services.
• Educate customers on services and Medicare Secondary Payer Compliance.
• Review and enter data into the case management system as required.
• Prepare documents and templates using multiple software programs.
• Review medical records to obtain rated ages.
• Respond to phone calls and emails addressing questions and concerns.
• Collaborate with all teams to meet customer needs and internal standards.
• Escalate concerns to Team Leader for review and resolution.
