Jobgether is seeking a Medicare & Health Insurance Outbound Appointment Setting Virtual Assistant based in the United States. The role is a remote independent contractor position supporting a U.S.-based agency with inbound/outbound calls, appointment scheduling, and lead management.

You will work with seniors using approved scripts, document interactions, and maintain accurate records. The ideal candidate communicates with empathy, adheres to scripts, and can manage multiple lead records while

Competenze

• Experience in phone-based customer service or telemarketing.
• Excellent spoken and written English, clear and professional.
• Experience setting appointments and managing leads.
• Experience communicating with seniors or customers needing time or reassurance.
• Strong listening and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow scripts while maintaining natural conversations.
• Proficiency with Excel and basic data entry.

Mansioni

• Conduct outbound calls to Medicare leads using client-provided lists.
• Introduce calls with approved scripts and gauge interest in discussing coverage.
• Schedule qualified appointments and note preferences and objections.
• Record outcomes and contact details in Excel and tracking systems.
• Provide daily activity reports and maintain lead-tracking spreadsheets.
• Support seasonal outreach campaigns and additional health insurance initiatives.
