Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• ASA (Associate of the Society of Actuaries) or FSA (Fellow of the Society of Actuaries) designation.
• 5+ years of experience in actuarial science, data science, predictive analytics, or related quantitative discipline.

Responsibilities

• Develop, conduct, and evaluate studies to understand drivers behind changing health care costs.
• Develop and mentor actuarial talent through delegation, coaching, and peer review.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business questions for analytic investigation.
