Job summary

Virtual Teammate, LLC is seeking a personable Sales Representative to support a U.S.-based healthcare practice offering GLP-1 and medical weight-loss services. The role focuses on inbound/outbound leads, scheduling consultations, and guiding prospects through the next steps.

You will manage a high volume of calls, maintain CRM records, work remotely, and follow established scripts with a consultative approach. Prior sales experience and strong English communication are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, lead management, appointment setting, or a customer-facing role.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to make inbound and outbound calls and manage multiple leads across stages.

Responsibilities

• Responding promptly to new GLP-1 and medical weight-loss inquiries.
• Making inbound and outbound calls to prospective patients.
• Engaging leads in a friendly, professional, and consultative manner.
• Understanding prospects' goals, needs, questions, and concerns.
• Qualifying leads based on established criteria and workflow.
• Scheduling consultations and guiding next steps.
• Following up consistently with non-responsive leads and re-engaging inactive ones.
• Maintaining accurate lead information, notes, and statuses in the CRM.
