Job summary

The Health & Wellness Coach at Medi-Weightloss® supports patients through their weight loss journey by delivering Medi-Weightloss clinical education, lifestyle coaching, and accountability. This role combines patient care with consultative sales to drive program enrollment and retention, under physician supervision in a fast-paced clinic.

The ideal candidate is sales-driven, patient-focused, tech-savvy, and comfortable working evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

Certification in Nutrition, Health Coaching, Wellness Coaching, or equivalent.
Sales experience with KPI-driven results.
Administration/front-office experience in medical or patient-facing environment.
Proficiency with EMR systems, scheduling software, CRM tools, and standard office tech.
Ability to work within Illinois scope-of-practice under physician oversight.

Responsibilities

Coach patients on nutrition, behavior change, and lifestyle modifications within physician-directed programs.
Educate patients on meal planning, portion control, supplementation and program adherence.
Monitor progress and adjust coaching strategies based on metrics.
Deliver a high-touch patient experience to drive retention and satisfaction.
