Embla Medical is hiring a Reimbursement Specialist to monitor and report on reimbursement trends and to manage day-to-day reimbursement activities remotely across the United States.

The role requires 5+ years in medical device reimbursement, strong policy knowledge, and the ability to work cross-functionally with product teams. Remote work is negotiable with travel up to 20% for meetings and trainings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in medical device reimbursement, market access, reimbursement policy, healthcare provider, and/or healthcare payer.
• BS/BA degree required.
• Strong understanding of private, federal, and state healthcare coverage.
• Ability to review medical records for payer coverage.

Responsibilities

• Provide external reimbursement support to customers with questions on Ӧssur products.
• Develop reimbursement materials and programs for customers.
• Update internal staff on payor policy changes affecting product access.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product management on reimbursement submissions.
