Datavant is seeking a detail-oriented data entry professional to process medical records remotely in a high-volume environment. The role includes handling requests from patients, insurers, and attorneys, ensuring accurate documentation across EMR systems, and meeting daily CPH and attendance metrics.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months plus Data Entry Experience.
• EMR experience A+.
• Experience in a healthcare environment or release of information setting is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail.
• Computer skills including Windows based applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Outlook).
• Adaptable to changing business environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work within a diverse group in a matrixed, remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Enter accurate data when assigned by team lead.
• Remote processing of electronic medical records through various EMR systems as directed.
• Respond to changing priorities with minimum supervision.
• Report technical difficulties promptly.
• Meet metrics for your role—CPH and attendance.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Follow written instructions to ensure correct job completion.
