RELI Group is seeking a skilled medical coder to perform diagnosis coding for inpatient, outpatient, and physician office records under RADV guidelines. The role involves data entry into CMS tools and maintaining confidentiality of PHI.

Ideal candidates will be certified coders with experience auditing medical records and delivering accurate, timely results, while collaborating with the project team and leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience coding inpatient, outpatient and physician office records using ICD-9-CM/ICD-10-CM guidelines.
• Must be a certified coder credentialed by a recognized institution.

Responsibilities

• Code medical records per RADV guidelines.
• Enter data into encoder, CDAT and other required software.
• Ensure data integrity and PHI confidentiality.
• Maintain productivity and 95% IRR minimum.
• Assist Project Director as needed.
