RELI Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Medical Coder to support Medicare Part C RADV initiatives.

The role requires extensive ICD-9-CM/ICD-10-CM coding across inpatient, outpatient, and physician office encounters, with emphasis on documentation quality and attestation. Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience coding general acute hospital (inpatient/outpatient) and multi-specialty physician office records per ICD-9-CM/ICD-10-CM guidelines.
• Certified coder: CPC, CCS, RHIA, or RHIT; CRC is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform inpatient, outpatient, and physician office coding per Part C guidelines.
• Conduct intake validity checks on medical records and attestation reviews.
• Support Medical Record Dispute and Appeal reviews under RADV guidelines.
• Enter data accurately into encoder and related systems; maintain PHI confidentiality.
