Job summary

RELI Group is seeking a fully remote Primary Coder to perform intake and coding of medical records, entering data into CMS tools in accordance with RADV guidelines. The role supports the Project Director and requires strict attention to detail and confidentiality of PHI.

The position offers a salary range of $45,000–$52,000 and requires a high school education with coding credentials. Work flexibility includes remote collaboration with the government-focused team and adherence to productivity

Qualifications

• Experience coding general acute hospital/inpatient and outpatient records using ICD-9-CM/ICD-10-CM guidelines.
• Experience in medical record coding audits including complex abstraction.
• Must be a certified coder credentialed by a recognized institution.

Responsibilities

• Perform intake and coding on medical records and enter data into CMS Tool.
• Adhere to RADV guidelines and contract requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality of PHI and ensure data security.
