Qualifications

• 1+ year of related scheduling/clinic coordination experience.
• Must have wired high-speed internet (25 Mbps down / 15 Mbps up).
• Candidate must live within 60 miles of an HCA Hospital.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls in a professional manner.
• Schedule patients for testing/procedures through scheduling module (e.g., Meditech).
• Obtain pre-cert/authorization numbers and enter into system.
• Coordinate insurance information and eligibility.
• Index physician orders and maintain scheduling reports for next day readiness.
• Collaborate with physician offices to ensure accurate testing and times.
