The role is remote within a 60-mile radius of an HCA hospital, with shifts between 8a and 5p, Monday through Friday. Parallon supports a $300 million investment in team members and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of one year of related experience in medical scheduling.
• Must be able to work from home with wired high-speed internet.
• Lives within 60 miles of a HCA hospital.

Aufgaben

• Answer incoming calls professionally and promptly.
• Schedule patients for testing, procedures, and admissions.
• Obtain pre-cert/authorization numbers and enter data accurately.
• Enter insurance information and verify eligibility as needed.
• Coordinate with physician offices and staff for scheduling needs.
• Maintain scheduling modules and ensure records are up to date.
