Job summary

ICU Medical Inc. is seeking a Portfolio Sales Specialist to build and maintain relationships with key decision makers, driving revenue across ICU Medical’s infusion therapy, oncology, and specialty products.

This field-based role requires strong clinical knowledge and the ability to implement product trials and adapt solutions to customer needs. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, at least three years of sales success, and the ability to travel; remote work is possible in most states,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success.
• Preferably in medical device sales with relationships in key regional health systems.
• Proven track record of quota attainment and territory development.
• Active compliance with all credentialing requirements, including COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Meet territory sales quota for ICU Infusion Therapy, Oncology, and Specialty products.
• Master presentation skills and technical knowledge of the ICU family of products and guidelines.
• Position ICU offerings against competitors and act as clinical expert at field level.
• Know territory, customers, contracts, pumps, solutions, distribution models.
• Conduct product trials and implementation of ICU products.
• Engage with clinicians through local chapters (AVA, INS, APIC, ONS, etc.).
• Coordinate with managers to align sales with targets and work on special projects.
• Occasionally work weekends/nights as needed.
