Job summary

StatLab is seeking a Medical/Laboratory Sales Representative for the Pacific Northwest, including Seattle. You will promote tissue diagnostics products, build a funnel, and expand market share across consumables and instruments.

This field-based role requires a Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing, 3–5 years B2B sales, strong communication, and up to 50% travel. Base salary $70–$85K with commission potential of $30K–$55K.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing is required.
• 3–5 years B2B experience preferred or 3 years B2B with medical sales background.
• Ability to travel up to 50% including overnights.

Responsibilities

• Prepares weekly action plan and targets an identified set of accounts.
• Makes in-person visits to clients; builds relationships and closes sales.
• Maintains contracts and ensures client satisfaction; coordinates internal teams.
