Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Medical Insurance Collections experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of payers to ensure timely collections and denials processing.
• Research denials and resolve issues with accuracy and compassion.
• Meet daily, monthly, and quarterly collection targets.
• Assist with month-end reconciliations and support related departments.
