Job summary

Vital Care Infusion Services, LLC is seeking a Collections Associate to support timely collection of insurance balances and improve cash flow. The role involves account follow-up, front-end claim resolutions, and payer communications, with initial office-based work and potential remote work after 120 days.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in healthcare revenue cycle, billing, or AR, with strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office. High school diploma required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills: listening, speaking, writing in English.
• Proficient typing and computer skills to process orders and tickets.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to maintain clear records.
• Knowledge of MS Office suite and basic computer tasks.
• Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision and meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Review and follow Tier 4–6 account inventories.
• Manage accounts receivable and perform timely follow-up on balances.
• Contact insurance companies to resolve claims.
• Research and resolve denials, underpayments, and billing issues.
• Process front-end claim rejection reviews and supplemental billing.
• Maintain complete documentation in the patient accounting system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance and productivity.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
