Qualifications

• Medical industry knowledge beneficial.
• Type at least 25–30 words per minute.
• Company provides hard phone; internet and hardware must meet specs.

Responsibilities

• Establishes customer contact by initiating followup outbound calls and receiving inbound calls.
• Promotes products and facilitates customer needs by explaining benefits and assisting with physician communication as necessary.
• Resolves customer concerns by providing product information.
• Records customer information and maintains database accuracy.
• Ensures quality service by following company policies and standards, including HIPAA requirements.
• Facilitates sales process by sharing information with internal and external contacts.
• Completes and validates insurance benefits information.
• Provides customer followup as required.
• Contributes to departmental objectives by meeting contact and sales targets and reporting progress.
