Qualifications

• Proficient in typing, Windows, and experience with multiple computer systems.

Responsibilities

• You are the first point of contact for patients & their families. You greet them professionally in person and by phone and gather required information.
• You will obtain/verify patient and insurance information and enter it into the registration system accurately.
• You will schedule patient appointments, including return visits, referrals, and diagnostic tests/procedures.
• You will set the tone for the visit and respond effectively to patients and their families.
