Job summary

McGraw Hill is seeking a Lead Medical Education Consultant to partner with sales, customer success, marketing and product teams to drive adoption of medical education solutions across undergraduate and graduate medical education markets. Ideal candidates are board-certified physicians with faculty experience and strong communication and consultancy skills.

This remote role is open to applicants nationwide and may require travel up to 30% of the time.

Qualifications

• MD/DO with clinical experience required (Internal Medicine/Family Medicine most relevant)
• Minimum 7 years of faculty experience; active faculty status preferred
• Administration or leadership experience in academic medicine preferred; familiarity with LCME/COCA accreditation required
• Familiarity with different medical curricula models required
• Sales/business development experience preferred
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal and consultancy skills
• Commitment to inclusive medical education practices and cultural competence
• Digital fluency with LMS platforms, university ecosystems, Salesforce, and productivity tools (MS Office, Zoom, Asana, AI tools)

Responsibilities

• Train and support sales and customer success teams on medical education topics and accreditation frameworks
• Conduct expert product demonstrations across MH platforms
• Advise on curriculum integration and product use cases
• Represent MH at medical education conferences and associations
• Collaborate with product to reflect field insights in roadmap
• Build relationships with medical educators and academic leaders
• Deliver consultative solutions to institutional needs
