Job summary

You will partner with sales, customer success, marketing, and product teams to align curricula with institutional objectives and accreditation standards.

Ideal candidates are board-certified physicians with extensive faculty experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for advancing medical education through digital platforms.

Qualifications

• Board-certified MD or DO with clinical experience
• Minimum 7 years of faculty experience
• Strong communication and consultancy skills
• Familiarity with LCME/COCA accreditation process
• Digital fluency with LMS platforms and Salesforce

Responsibilities

• Train and develop the sales & customer success team on medical education topics
• Partner with sales & customer success in pre-sales and post-sales engagement
• Meet regularly with customers to understand institutional needs and deliver consultative solutions
• Represent MH at medical education conferences and academic associations
• Provide strategic feedback to product teams based on field insights
