Johnson & Johnson is hiring for a Medical Education Manager (Peripheral) – Shockwave Medical to join our team. The position is FULLY REMOTE and can sit anywhere in the US.

The Manager, Medical Education will lead education and physician relations activities globally, coaching physicians in scientific communications and peer‑to‑peer training, and developing relationships with KOLs across interventional specialties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 6+ years in education, training, sales or marketing in med‑tech; cardiovascular space preferred.
• Strong organizational, project management and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%; proficient in PowerPoint; experience with CVENT or Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan and execute Shockwave Medical‑managed HCP programs and curricula.
• Build and maintain relationships with Healthcare Professionals across therapy areas.
• Execute events, speaker contracting, compliance, and program documentation.
• Create CME and Non‑CME content objectives and agendas; coach physicians for talks.
• Oversee symposia logistics, speaker coaching, and slide deck preparation.
• Improve speaker bureau processes and maintain compliance and records.
• Collaborate with meeting planners on event logistics and budgeting.
• Identify HCP learning needs and develop educational solutions with KOLs and societies.
• Monitor therapies, literature and products; manage annual budgets.
