Johnson & Johnson is hiring a Medical Education Manager (Peripheral) – Shockwave Medical to develop and drive medical education and physician relations globally, with primary focus on SWAV therapies. You will lead CME and non-CME content, coach speakers, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure program quality and compliance.

The role is fully remote within the US, requires 6+ years in med-tech education or related fields, and involves travel up to 40%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 6+ years in education, training, sales or marketing in med-tech.
• Cardiovascular space experience highly preferred.
• Strong project management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Shockwave Medical-managed HCP education programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with Healthcare Professionals in therapeutic areas of focus.
• Oversee events, speaker contracting, curriculum approval, and documentation.
• Create objectives and curricula for CME and non-CME content.
• Coach physicians for presentations and manage speaker materials.
• Support speaker bureau operations and portal improvements.
• Collaborate with meeting planners for seamless event execution.
• Identify HCP learning needs and develop educational solutions.
• Engage with medical societies and fellowship programs.
• Maintain knowledge of therapies and literature; manage annual budgets.
