Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 6+ years in education, training, sales or marketing in med-tech; cardiovascular space preferred.
• Very organized with strong PM skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Excellent critical thinking, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and independently with changing requirements.
• Willingness to make decisions and take responsibility.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with all management levels.
• Proficient in PowerPoint; experience with CVENT and Salesforce a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan and execute HCP education programs and speaker formats.
• Build and maintain relationships with Healthcare Professionals in the focus area.
• Execute events, contract speakers, ensure compliance, and document curricula.
• Create educational objectives and curricula for CME and non-CME content.
• Oversee symposia, virtual or conference-based, including agenda and coach speakers.
• Prepare course curriculum, materials and physician speaker coaching for podiums.
• Improve speaker bureau processes and maintain slide decks and compliance.
• Coordinate with meeting planners for logistics.
• Identify learning needs and develop educational solutions.
