Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is hiring a Medical Education Manager – Shockwave Medical to join our team. The role is fully remote and can sit anywhere in the United States, reporting to the Director of Medical Education.

You will develop and execute education programs, manage speaker relationships, coordinate CME/Non-CME content, and collaborate with KOLs across interventional cardiology and related fields, while maintaining compliance and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 6+ years in education, training, sales or marketing in med-tech; cardiovascular space preferred.
• Strong project management, organization and attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills across all management levels.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint; experience with CVENT and Salesforce a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan and execute Shockwave Medical-managed HCP programs aligned with customer and business needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with Healthcare Professionals in therapeutic areas of focus.
• Lead events: speaker contracting, curriculum approval, documentation and tracking for compliance.
• Create educational objectives and curricula for CME and Non-CME programs.
• Oversee symposia and conferences: agenda design, content development, speaker coaching.
• Prepare course materials and slide decks; coach physicians for podium presentations.
• Improve speaker bureau process, portal, and related materials; ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with meeting planners on logistics to ensure seamless execution.
• Identify HCP learning needs and craft educational solutions in partnership with the field.
• Engage with medical societies and fellowship programs.
• Maintain knowledge of therapies and literature; manage annual needs assessments and budgets.
