Job summary

Princeton10, LLP is seeking a Medical Editor to join our team, responsible for medical editing, copyediting, and fact-checking of pharma marketing materials, presentations, and corporate communications.

You will ensure FDA/regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle and collaborate with project managers and editors. Remote candidates in the US preferred, especially in the Eastern time zone.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, English, journalism or life sciences with 3+ years of editing pharma promotional materials.
• Knowledge of AMA style and FDA requirements for drug promotion is preferred.
• Ability to perform literature searches and interpret scientific articles.

Responsibilities

• Edit copy and ensure regulatory compliance for branded and unbranded materials across digital and print channels.
• Fact check and proof existing copy for new channels and audiences.
• Provide medical, regulatory, and legal expertise to ensure consistency with FDA guidelines and brand standards.
• Copyedit materials for grammar, punctuation, style and consistency.
• Validate references and collaborate with project teams and editors.
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
