Qualifications

• 8–10 years in healthcare economics, financial analysis, or related field; 5–7 years in supervisory/management role.
• Experience with healthcare payers and regulators highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of reimbursement methodologies, data analysis, and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage medical economics strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Analyze claims, utilization patterns, and cost data to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities.
• Conduct complex financial modeling and forecasting for initiatives and reimbursement strategies.
• Collaborate with finance, actuarial, clinical, product, and network teams on population-based interventions.
• Create analytical tools, dashboards, and reports for senior leadership.
