Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required and Master’s Degree preferred (experience can be considered in lieu of a degree)
• Experience in healthcare economics, financial analysis, or related field; supervisory/management experience required
• Experience with regulators preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the medical economics strategy, aligned with organizational goals.
• Analyze healthcare claims, utilization patterns, and cost data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings.
• Conduct complex financial modeling and forecasting to assess financial impact of healthcare initiatives and reimbursement strategies.
• Collaborates with finance, actuarial, clinical, product, and network teams to design population-based health interventions and value-based payment models.
• Lead development of analytical tools, dashboards, and reports for senior leadership.
