Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field as listed in the education section.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in Medical Economics, healthcare analytics, population health, payer analytics, or healthcare finance.
• 5+ years leading analytical teams or senior analysts.
• Experience with value-based care, shared savings, risk-sharing arrangements, and TCOC analytics.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare claims, membership, eligibility, utilization, provider, and financial data.
• Ability to communicate complex analytical findings to executives and influence decisions across the organization.

Aufgaben

• Serve as trusted advisor to Market Presidents and Executive Leadership.
• Lead market-level financial performance, total cost of care, utilization, revenue, quality, membership, and payer-performance evaluations.
• Develop executive narratives connecting financial results with clinical, operational, membership, contractual, and population-risk drivers.
• Oversee forecasting, trend analysis, claims completion methodologies, IBNR estimates, membership projections, and forecasts.
• Oversee analytics supporting shared savings, downside risk, risk-sharing arrangements, and other value-based payment models.
• Establish governance: definitions, methodologies, documentation, quality controls, and peer review.
