• 5+ years in medical economics / Total Cost of Care analytics.
• Experience leading complex analyses from problem definition through executive recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead analyses of medical and pharmacy claims to identify cost drivers.
• Partner with clinical, provider, finance and business leaders to scope opportunities.
• Apply medical economics methodologies including PMPM, utilization, unit cost.
• Synthesize findings and present to senior/executive leaders.
• Design analytic assets in Snowflake and expand capabilities.
• Identify and implement responsible uses of AI in analytics workflows.
• Establish analytic best practices and mentor analysts.
• Automate recurring workflows and build scalable frameworks.
