Devoted Health is seeking a senior leader to optimize medical cost management and drive total cost of care strategy in the United States. The role bridges high-level financial planning with end-to-end operations across reimbursement design, claims configuration, and expense analytics.

The candidate will partner with Network Development, oversee provider reimbursement structures, and report on Total Medical Expense trends to shape strategy and execution.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in healthcare economics or managed care finance.
• Deep knowledge of commercial reimbursement methodologies and contract mechanics.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for analyzing large healthcare claims datasets.
