Qualifications

• 5 years of Medical Economics/Healthcare Analytics in the health care payer sector.
• Experience creating executive-ready cost reports and dashboards.
• Strong data extraction and quality-check skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic/tactical insights into emerging medical cost trends and explain analytics in executive-ready presentations.
• Extract, summarize and analyze large datasets via SAS/SQL or similar tools.
• Provide business areas with opportunity assessments and develop savings estimates and business cases.
• Develop medical cost analytics and present insights into claim cost drivers to partners.
• Communicate clearly with executive stakeholders through concise presentations.
